Start with the local listings

Browse owner-submitted homes and golf carts, then confirm price, condition, ownership and availability directly with the seller. Listings are introductions between residents, not warranties or professional inspections.

List accurately and keep it current

Use recent photos, disclose known defects, state a firm or negotiable price and identify the general pickup area without publishing a home address. Sellers should update a changed price promptly and remove sold or unavailable items. Older listings may be paused until the seller confirms they are still active.

Items that do not belong here

Do not list weapons, ammunition, prescription drugs, controlled substances, alcohol, tobacco, recalled or stolen goods, counterfeit products, hazardous materials, adult services, financial schemes or anything unlawful. Animals, regulated medical equipment and licensed professional services require appropriate documentation and may be declined.

Protect your privacy

Keep passwords, one-time codes, banking details, government identification and full home addresses out of listings and messages. Share only the contact information needed to arrange the transaction, and move to a public meeting place when the item can be transported safely.

Complete the transaction safely

Inspect the item before paying, verify the seller and serial number when appropriate, agree on the total price in writing and keep a receipt. Do not pay by gift card, cryptocurrency or an unexpected payment link, and never send money to unlock a supposed refund. Verify contractor licenses independently before authorizing work, and report suspected fraud through the proper channel.
